Happy Resurrection Sunday,
If we use today’s modern-day computer language terminology, faith can be described as heaven's operating system. In the computer world, an operating system can be simply defined as a connector between a computer or laptop hardware and the end user.
In the same way faith links man, the end user on the earth with the power of God in heaven. This is so vital that God searches the whole world, looking for those who have a perfect heart towards him.
What does that mean?

One of the characteristics of a perfect heart is someone who operates with faith. This is someone who actively uses their faith to lay hold of the promises, the grace, the blessings, the peace, the power and the joys of heaven. God searches for such people because they activate, set in motion and release the power of God.
Today we look at how God the Father, Jesus the Son, Holy Spirit, God’s covenant man Abraham and the Israelites in Egypt, used faith for the resurrection of Jesus. In Genesis chapter three, Adam ate the fruit from the tree that God told him not to eat from, this led to God pronouncing a guilty verdict over Adam, Eve and the serpent or Satan. God said to the serpent that the seed of the woman will bruise the head of the serpent. God, with those words released faith for the resurrection of Jesus and the release of mankind from the jail sentence.Centuries later, God told Abraham a man in covenant with God, to take his son Isaac and sacrifice him on mount Moriah. Abraham proceeded to the mountain and was about to do what God said but he was stopped by a voice from heaven and shown a lamb that he used for the sacrifice. In this way Abraham acted out the death and resurrection of Jesus. The Israelites in Egypt were instructed for the first time in history to observe the Passover. They were to take a lamb and sacrifice it, put the blood over their doorway and eat the lamb. After they did this Pharaoh commanded them to leave Egypt, they were released in a hurry out of the land of Egypt. God commanded the whole nation of Israel to continue observing the Passover, in this way they were acting out the death of the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world and freed the world from the snare of the devil. Throughout the Old Testament, faith for the resurrection of Jesus the messiah was spoken and acted out but it looked like nothing happened. In the New Testament,
Jesus the son of God came on the earth and said;"Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again." Luke 24:7He repeated this words many times to his disciples. Then he experienced what he said, during the Passover, he was physically delivered into the hands of Roman soldiers by the rulers of the synagogues after the betrayal of Judas. He was crucified and his body was laid in a tomb but on the third day he was raised up from the dead by the power of God.You see, God was obligated to bring those words spoken and acted over centuries, and the words Jesus said to pass because they agreed and aligned with heaven's will and were done using the process of faith. For faith to work, what is hoped for is declared boldly and acted out and persistently waited upon till it manifests.
Now, is there anything in your life, body, finance, home, work or business that needs a touch of the power of God, that need God’s resurrection power to quicken it?You can get it by faith.
As you release your words, act what you believe you have received and stay consistent in the word and do not doubt God’s word, God will come and perform it for you.
He will meet you at the point of your need as you activate your faith.
It took millennium of years before the resurrection of Jesus came to pass but God's faith set in motion in the garden of Eden by God’s words eventually brought deliverance to all men.
Set you faith in motion today and see the deliverance of the Lord
